I will surely miss him. He visited me when I was in San Francisco. I brought him around the area: Golden gate Bridge, fisherman's warfare a ND some other places. I remember Pastor Frank with fondness and appreciation! He was a long time member of the BOT of UTS. I think he had a 100 percent attendance in BOT meetings! I’m grateful for his life and ministry!
