I am greatly saddened that Pastor Frank has died. I've known him since my daughter, Scarlett and I made our first trip to Spottswood Center in 2001. I've preached in his church and he preached in First UMC in Texarkana, Texas USA. We together brought mission teams from the Texas Annual Conference to churches in Mindanao. Mrs. Bilog and another... Frank has died. I've known him since my daughter, Scarlett and I made our first trip to Spottswood Center in 2001. I've preached in his church and he preached in First UMC in Texarkana, Texas USA. We together brought mission teams from the Texas Annual Conference to churches in Mindanao. Mrs. Bilog and another lady even took me shopping in Davao City. Frank was truly a faithful servant of Jesus Christ and a great leader in the United Methodist Church of the Philippines and the entire United Methodist Church. "Well-done thou good and faithful servant." I will pray for you, Mrs. Bilog and for your family, I am so sorry for your loss.
