As far back as I can remember, Pastor Bilog has always been there for and with us in the highs and lows of life... in the celebratory moments, as well as in our moment of grief... he was always there, ever present with his warm heart and open hands, to share those life-defining moments with us... and these memories will always remain in our hearts and minds with fondness. Indeed, we're thankful to the Lord for the blessing of having him as our church Pastor, a dear friend and the spiritual advisor/confidante of our family. To God be all the glory!... Collapse

Our buong pakikiramay sa paglisan ng aming compare, pastor, na nag iwan ng magagandang ala ala at kasayasaysayan ng ating Iglesia UMC sa pangkalahatan lalo na sa ating kasaysayan sa Mindanao. He was a good mentor to many of us (if not all). May you now have that eternal rest in the presence of our Creator, God bless. your family.

ohh halla..ania impatay na doc Gilvren Decal ? so sad to hear the loss pero nagreet pa niya ako sa birthday ko ng Oct 3. There are many wonderful place to rest and relax in our Heavenly Father kingdom and one of them is surely for you Rev Francisco Bilog you may now enjoy the rewards of your faithful service... I am greatly saddened that Pastor Frank has died. I've known him since my daughter, Scarlett and I made our first trip to Spottswood Center in 2001. I've preached in his church and he preached in First UMC in Texarkana, Texas USA. We together brought mission teams from the Texas Annual Conference to churches in Mindanao. Mrs. Bilog and another... Frank was truly a faithful servant of Jesus Christ and a great leader in the United Methodist Church of the Philippines and the entire United Methodist Church. "Well-done thou good and faithful servant." I will pray for you, Mrs. Bilog and for your family, I am so sorry for your loss.
